The intervention is in two steps:
  • Step-1
    • You register on Avaan Intellect website.
    • You pay fee for which an acknowledgment is shared.
    • A unique ID & Password for the psychometric assessment is shared with you.
    • You take a psychometric assessment for which a report is shared.
    • You are counselled basis the assessment report on key strengths & areas of improvement.
    • You are provided virtual online soft-skills training by a professional trainer on a pre-determined date that will be shared.
    • A digital certificate of participation will be shared with all who complete Step-1.
  • Step-2
    • You re-register on Avaan Intellect website.
    • You pay a fee for which an acknowledgement is shared.
    • You are provided virtual online training by professional trainers in the three functional sectors of Retail, Logistics & BPO and the corresponding job roles that are available.
    • You are assessed and subsequently provided with a pre-placement talk on prospective employers.
    • You sit for an interview for placement and are given a job offer.
We will re-train / re-skill you and place you before prospective employers till you get a job offer.
  • Our student counsellors & skilled functional and domain trainers will clarify any doubts you have – when you have the virtual training and/or when you post your specific queries.

Certificate is issued only to students who successfully complete Step-1 and Step-2 of the program
  • Those who complete step-1 will be given a certificate of participation for having completed Psychometric Assessment and Soft Skill training.
  • Those who complete step-2 will be given two certificates – one for having completed Psychometric Assessment and Soft Skill training and the other for Functional / Domain skill training.
    • Soft copy of the certificate will be mailed to the students on their emails registered during login process. No hardcopy will be provided.
  • You should have finished your graduation in any stream, or you could be in the final year of graduation, and,
  • You are aspiring to secure a job.
    • Proficiency in English and Hindi, spoken and written, is recommended.

  • Fill in all details as requested to enrol.
  • Pay the fees though the various options that have been shared.
  • Receive acknowledgement of payment, a welcome mail and your unique login ID and Password on your personal email.

There are two interventions that are designated Step-1 and Step-2, and both have their own assessments
  • Step-1 will have assessments after
    • Psychometric Assessment
    • Counselling/Soft-Skill training
  • Step-2 will have assessments after each functional and domain training.
  • The job offer will be only for students who complete both steps.
  • You can sit as many times as it takes since we are assuring you of a job placement with an employer.
Presently, the content is available in English, and efforts are underway to ensure this is bilingual i.e., both English and Hindi.

Avaan Intellects Refunds Policy stipulates that once the subscription has been paid for, no refunds are permitted. Transfer of subscription to other students or change of courses once paid for are also not permitted.
  • A calendar of events which stipulates date and time when the psychometric assessment and skill training sessions will be held will be published and shared with every student as they enroll for the two steps to enable attendance.
  • However, in the case of an exigent situation, student(s) desirous of extending the login period need to send an e-mail to wecare@gatiintellect.com and the student will be able to sit for the initial assessment or subsequent skill training sessions based on next published calendar dates.
  • Avaan Intellect will extend the use of the same login ID and Password to the next cycle.
