A highly decorated veteran Major General from Indian Army with over 38 years of experience in the domain of Executive and Management functions, Leadership, General Administration, Human Resource Development, Logistics, Financial Management, Training and Education, Security Operations including Counter Terrorism and Compliance Management. He is Master’s in Management studies from Osmania University, Masters in Higher Defence Management and Master of Science in Strategic Studies from Madras University. He is a Research Scholar in Vedic / spiritual studies & teachings and presently he is pursuing D Lit in Leadership; The Vedic Way in which he is developing Indian Model of Leadership and behavioural Science based on Vedic Science.

Shyam Ramamurthy is a Logistics & Supply Chain professional with 34 years of industrial work experience in the functional areas of Purchasing, Scheduling, Inventory Management, Forecasting & Distribution in varied industries – Tyres (CEAT Ltd & Michelin Tyres), FMCG (Procter & Gamble), Chemicals (Rohm and Haas) & Building Materials (Dalmia Cement) - across India & Asia-Pacific regions. His area of interest continues to be in improving efficiency & cost optimization through re-designing Distribution Networks, Sales & Operations Planning, and Inventory Planning.Over the last three years, in addition to consulting with small to medium scale industries in the domain, Shyam has been actively involved in “giving back” through
